We conduct the OIM/ Barge Supervisor/ BCO course which confirm to flag state standard and the course content is based on the subject material the Coast Guard deems necessary in their examinations as outlined in 46 CFR Part 11.205 (f) satisfying the examination requirements of IMO Resolution A. (28)3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3.In addition, our center is approved by Liberian Authorities to conduct examination for Liberian Licenses – COC.

We also process other flag state licenses like Marshall Island, Panama, Vanuatu and others.

• We review the application forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Review the original qualifying documentations
• Sign the applications as a filing agent and send the documents to Flag states for issuing of the requested COC’s, ratings and qualifications.
