Major Emergency Management -MEM (SUSPENDED FOR TIME BEING)

This course prepares the Emergency Management Personnel for unexpected crisis or events. The course provides an introduction to decision making concepts, and operational techniques required by the Person-in-Charge (PIC) during an emergency incident. It will provide both theoretical and practical training with simulated exercises with realistic emergency scenarios played out in real time.

The course will also instruct how to maintain a state of readiness, importance of communication, Delegation of authority, individual and team performance and dealing with stressful situations.
